We started off the day with a nice hotel breakfast and then began our journey to Finesterre. We stopped along the way at a really beautiful bridge followed by a nice stop at a waterfall. From there we went to the “end of the word,” also known as the end of the Camino de Santiago. We shared a nice group lunch where we had some local seafood paella and afterwards went to a coastal town, Muxía, where the last scene of the the movie, The Way, was filmed. We took the bus back to Santiago de Compostela and went out later that night and caught a light show on the side of the cathedral. It was a busy and adventurous day.
